More like What the HELL are they doing????
The first just has to be an explanation, but the other morning I am driving down 19th street. It has a really nice sidewalk from way out on our end at Range Road up to Western then that sidewalk turns north… but at one point I meet a lady “walking”, not jogging so she can get a little cushion from the pavement over the concrete sidewalk , but just walking and she is in the street… the sidewalk is not more than 2 feet away from here but she deliberately chooses to walk in the street. Now this street is now the highway but it is the busiest street on this side of town and is a
