After a long night of airports and flying we arrived in Glasgow at about 7:30AM…
Everyone before we left New Jersey…
Still got some life but it was draining fast.
Everyone was pretty wiped and they tour people took us to the hotel to crash… we did… nap for couple of hours… not the best conditions at that time but helped. We met up again about 2:30 and off for a “bus” tour of Glasgow…
Staring at a fountain… don’t they look enthused?
In front of that fountain… it was interesting but the stare?
yep? Not sure on this one..
This was interesting.. it used to be a place for the horse drawn to go down and under the river and come up on the other side in a round building just like it… looks like an expensive alternative to a bridge but?
Something about an old prison or toll booth? but had a clock tower?
and a stop at a “free” museum… pretty damn nice for free.
Then back to the hotel again and rest a bit before dinner. We all eat together and the meal was ok… lite on the salad and salty piece of Pork steak but pretty good none the less. So tomorrow… bus /ferry trip which should be interesting…
