Thinks are always changing… this insurance peddler must have got a better deal to sell out and move? or give it up? not sure but they are tearing down the place between Freddies and Whataburger here.
The word is it will be a Slims Chicken…. not sure that we need a gourmet chicken wing place but oh well… I would prefer a Cajun place or even Popeyes back in town…

On the home front, I got a new Ham radio to play with… I had sold several things in the past few months and saved that money for a new radio and when they put a discount on it… I got it… more on that later as I am still in the setting up and figuring out mode…
