Got this great blurb from our HR VP… boy how long did he or his team work on this crock?
In other words, we have to close any gaps that exist between us and our biggest competitor, and widen the gap between us and those competitors over whom we have an advantage. We must increase our margins and ensure that we offer the best service quality by reducing poor performance and nonproductive time. And, finally, we must close the gaps in our bench strength by establishing and developing the skills of all of our employees to equip them to serve in critical positions now and in the future. Doing so builds a stronger team of employees as well as ensures COMPANY strength as an organization for many years to come.
To better enable us all to meet those goals, “Mind the Gap” Performance Objectives have been added to this year’s People, Performance, Results (PPR) form.
As my kids use to respond to such things from us (the parents) DUHHHHH Dad!…
