Well, I just filled in my company survey. They have been hammering us with “You take a 20-minutes break. You make a change in the way Halliburton does business. That’s a lot for a 20-minute investment.” for a few weeks now.
It is supposed to be anonymous but when they ask for:
1. Job function/title
2. Location you work in
3. Male/Female
etc.
do you really believe it is “ANONYMOUS”. oh yea the statement is they need it for “defining” the survey.
Can I hear a great big (hold your hand over your mouth as you pretend to sneeze) “Bulllll S__ TTTT”
This is pretty appropriate:
Well anyway I filled out the survey and was “brutally honest”. Do I expect it to make a difference in the company? It has as much chance as my winning the Lottery this week… but I still got a ticket, just in case that works, maybe the survey will work!
