What is an employee worth that sticks around for say 25 years or 30 years? You tell me…
I got this recognition at 25 years with the same company (mind you I did a multitude of job changes within this company and it was not doing the same things all that time…)
I was going to hide and doctor the pictures to take out the company name but that was too much work for what little I got…
Now here is the 30 year notice I got next to the 25 year award…
Both of them had the clear plastic block (on left of both) even the size of that was, shall we say noticeably different… The stuff on the right of the 30 years is just the case for the 30 year and a card..
Suggestion for young guys, don’t hang around so long… you move up by moving out more than by being loyal and working hard… WD0AJG
