Great to see an OSU Alum wearing his colors and as well as being a hero of the hobby… I remember the first “ham in space”. I actually have some cassette tapes of that while I listened to Owen making contacts… my limited antenna and power kept me from making the contact but I got a confirmation QSL card from them anyway. Owen was from Enid a town near where I grew up so there are a lot of connection here, not just the hobby. – WD0AJG
