I have posted on this before, that our corporate management, as has a lot of politicians, have all become so narrowly focused on their own good as opposed to the greater good. I have no problem of paying for production and improvement. However, looking over what most CEO’s get paid and how well their respective companies have done over the past 10 to 20 years compared to every other company, I don’t see that they have really gained anything? Most companies and CEO’s will claim they pay for production but in fact they pay for monthly and maybe quarterly output not long term improvement.
