We worked the morning but decided to knock off the afternoon… I had to find some sun glasses anyway… So for lunch we walked across from the hotel to a place, a bit unusual for Australia, but the food was pretty good… called Mad Mex…
A chicken burrito tasted pretty good.
Next we took a walk to wear some of the burrito off and find me some “CHEAP” sunglasses… that was going to be a real exercise as nothing is cheap here..
One or tour we stopped and signed up for a boat cruise down the river to Fremantle to see what is down there and they will serve us lunch tomorrow… which is ok… on the way back we wandered through the Supreme Court park…
This section of drill pipe had layers of tribute to the mining industry and each layer was some particular set of rocks… interesting…

After that we made it to the shopping area and by accident I found some sun glasses for $6… polarized and all… most of the ones we spotted were $30 and some over $300… not something I needed..
With having found the cheap sunglasses I decided I needed and ice cream cone reward and found that it was only 60 cents… pretty small one at McDonalds… but just right for what we needed..
That was the big day so far… tonight we will try to get some cheap $18 T-bones at a bar around the corner…
