Today was just another day , as I often say. I did have to get up early to get the “extra” car to the shop. With the passing of Dad last summer I ended up with my Dads Camry and we have not done much to it since getting it. In fact we still have not totally cleaned it out but it was needed as a spare car to get us around. Along with that we had gotten a coupon for a $0.99 oil and filter change in the mail from our local Toyota dealer so why not get the oil changed and do a few other little items at the same time.
I got the car to the dealer at 7 AM and check it in, went over the things I wanted checked and then was off with wife to town. Leaving the car there I would take her car and get my town chores done instead of setting at the dealers all morning. While I waited on my ride out… I caught this picture..
A little strange as the sun comes up and the odd shadow or ? not sure what that was?
I made a few rounds looking for parts or repair people to do a little wood work and build some drawer runners and mailed off some things that needed to be sent out. In my runs around town I found a spot you just do not want to park your car in…
Look close… the white spots are not leaves or feathers… but are related to birds… probably and over abundance of them roost in that tree…?
Much of the rest of the day was spent just back and forth and getting little things done, going back to pick up the car, getting lunch and oh … getting a flu shot… damn that hurt.
Tomorrow I get to make a trip to OKC to see another Dr. It will be interesting to see if I can talk about that one?
