Further to my last post with the video… here is what I did for Saturday afternoon… watch
I had to get out and spend part of the day doing something other than work… in reading some things around it was Winter Fest at Sylvan Lake… ok… and they talked about the Polar Bear Plunge…
oh boy, crazy people jumping into icy water?
Yep… they had to cut a big hole in the ice so they could come out and jump in…

note in all the pictures there are guys in the water ready to help the totally shocked people get out… I would think that some could be paralyzed after hitting that water?

Not everyone was jumping in… there was a very large group out on the lake… camping or fishing?
