We were not in a big hurry today to get to the office. We had nearly gotten it all done yesterday and today was “polish” it up day on reports and things so I took the time to get a few pictures… not the full amount I would like to but some ok ones of the houses in one of the little side towns here…
A sign out front had the name of the original family and the date 1907… been around awhile and it was just across from an old Catholic school..
The old school had expanded and now to the right were several new buildings along with this old one.
The trees and other foliage around here prevent you from being able to get really good pictures… so I had to get what I could here…
not as large as the other but still had a date of 1912 I think… it would have been nearly a Mansion from that time…
I think this one is used for parties and special events as they had a huge tent in the back all walled in and covered… huge in like 50ft x 100ft…
On the roads here I have seen several of these signs… need to research what they are trying to tell us…
Cool page and some good info… I haven’t seen this pushed in other places as much as it is here?
AT the end of the day I spent several hours visiting with and old friend… he retired last year… says it is great… doing well… hope my plans work out that way..
Tomorrow, final presentation and flights home… another one of those days…
