I know it is cold everywhere but when it is below freezing in south Louisiana… it is just damn cold…
Since it was an office type week and meetings all day I didn’t get any pictures of anything interesting. In fact I haven’t really don anything to talk about other than set around, act smart, stick in appreciate comments on things to make people think I know more than I do… I have gotten pretty good at that over the 30+ years. Anyway the big highlight of our day was getting out to eat… Lunch was an old favorite at Chris Po-boy’s where I had the gumbo and half a po-boy… yep, no pictures was hungry before I thought about pictures… but for dinner we went to a place I had not been before called Phares?
They have grilled oysters… I didn’t get a bunch but the others with me did…
I did however get a Half/Half plate… grilled shrimp and etouffee… sure was good
So ends the day here… nothing great, nothing exciting but hey… I don’t need the excitement all that much… ha!
