One of those great days… sun was out, well not at first it was a bit cold and foggy but that cleared pretty quick.  I got around at the usual time and figured I should get in another walk this week.. so laced up my walking shoes (same damn shoes I wear all the time). and headed out… got in a bit over 3 miles, but I hate that last mile… it fits the old story of uphill both ways… pretty steep climb on that the last leg to get over a hump and then about a 1/4 mile of decently flat to gentle down… but by the time I get that 1/2 mile in before that I am puffing pretty hard.  I had to
