I am not really a creative type. at least I don’t think so. My wife will differ as I never follow a recipe to exact and am always looking at changes to get something different. But, I must have a starting point. I just can’t take a blank slate and fill in what needs to be done, I need bits and pieces to add and subtract… To that end, this weekend I got the bug to work on a “LOGO” for the local ham club. We had talked about it for months… needing a logo so we could possibly get patches made or get vests, or ? well you can tell that we had no real idea other than we thought maybe we needed some way to differentiate ourselves and our service by “advertising” … It is still a works in progress but I came up with several possible “starting points” and then today , because the womens BB team was doing horrible, again, I secluded myself in the ham shack with computers and stuff and played some more… results…
kind of simple, easy layout, easy to grab stuff and print in letters and numbers…
another fairly simple layout..
small unique addition
change the emphasis a bit… ok but still not great.
found a patch I really liked and just edited it to look like ours…
I think I may be getting carried away here but looked kind of cool…
Variation on the one before
I can cut and past and add and subtract but starting with a blank… that is where it will stay… ha!
