When I got up this morning to let the dogs out I noticed that we had both forgot to bring in the Sun Tea jar… I had started sun tea pretty late yesterday and wanted it to set a while longer… well it sure did… so now it is MOON tea… I guess?
Today I worked on the shower… had to scrape out the white caulk and put in the ivory caulk… looks better since the grout is all ivory…. So that took a big part of the morning and a bit of the afternoon… went in for lunch …no big excitement there. When I got back this afternoon I noticed that we had some honeysuckle vine in the cedars? must have been there all along but I had not noticed it getting that high up and showing.. 
I then noticed I also have some creeper up in there that needs to be cut out before it kills the tree, I had already been working on the thorn vines in there… I knew they were in there and some damn wild rose… it got me several times while mowing and cleaning in and around…
Which, once I did a couple of small things it hit me that they say we are go get rain for the next week or so… and rain all day tomorrow… so I got the mower out and spent the bulk of the afternoon getting the yard mowed down… or it would look horribly bad by the time it quit raining enough to get it done… and it was still too wet in a few spots that had to be bypassed… I did get stuck in behind those trees above but it was a “slick” stuck not deep stuck…. the mud was too slick for m my truf tires and I just spun in place back there … I had to get off, pull the front out of a small hole and around a bit then was able to back it out… whew… if not it would of stayed there for a week or more as I couldn’t get the jeep close and wouldn’t have enough chain… I don’t think? to pull it out of there… but the lawn is all mowed up…
Then I got in and sat down to catch the early news and weather… our rain is now predicted to be about 20% of what they had predicted yesterday? it will still, possibly, maybe, could, rain the next 7 days but it may not either as they are now much smaller numbers for amounts and chances… so I scared it off…
Nothing else on the big list for today… just getting ready for tomorrow when we will get to the root of the problem… not looking forward to that adventure…
