What a crock this turned out to be. I think they need to do a serious review of service quality. Their system has some big error in it somewhere.
I ordered something through Amazon. Prime member said 2 days… checking the shipping after two days and it went to Lenexa, KS then OKC? Normally I think all UPS to Stillwater comes through Tulsa or has then Stillwater then out for delivery…? anyway over two days, contact Amazon and “it is lost” not really it is in OKC and they can’t get it here? – Holiday weekend – they sent it back to starting point… new delivery is Wed the 5th, not sure why it went all the way back and why it couldn’t have been out Friday or Saturday? but all the way back and start over and Today (Wed) it is back in OKC but yesterday… but not out for delivery.. yea they don’t deliver from there? contact Amazon and “It is lost again”

My 2 day guarantee from amazon for PRIME has gone 9 days since order placed and it is still “lost” Not so bad but they sent it all the way back to origination spot (Earth City , MO) and then via a different partial rout, sent it right back to the dead end…
