Ok so how does that go together?  Well you have to be here to experience it but today was a volunteer day for me.  The local Amateur Radio club volunteers to run the gates for the Pawnee Steam show every year and this year, since I am retired, I had volunteered to help.  I did this same thing 2 years ago and had a great time , although it was a lot of work.  Today I had to get up way too damn early (about 5:30AM) to so I could be in Pawnee by 7AM… The gates open at 8AM and we have to have breakfast and a briefing before we get started.  As opposed to the previous year we had several extra people working
