Remember the post about hauling off some drift wood? well the place I got permission to dump is a neighbor and she came yesterday and asked if I would come over early today and help with the “fire” disposal of that pile… The work was to start at about 8am. I got there a bit early and some other folks showed that were also on “fire watch” and we set the pile a blaze. It was a pretty slow start but once it got going it burned pretty hot and since the old wood was really dry it burned down
